Both of our chimney’s were leaking so he has replaced the lead to ensure they are now water tight, whilst on the roof he also replaced some broken tiles and cleaned the gutters. We also asked him to install a velux in our loft space which we are beyond pleased with. Very neat and tidy work, provides lots of pictures and also cleans up when the job is done. I had external wall insulation fitted and needed the roofline of my house extended by two tiles around the entire circumference. Lewis and Jason from LP Roofing were here for three weeks without fail, and their commitment and professionalism were outstanding. Even in bad weather they made use of the time, cutting tiles and preparing for the next day so that no time was wasted. The quality of their work is excellent — nothing was ever a “problem,” as they always found a way to get things done. Lewis even went the extra mile, adding thoughtful touches like decorative gable end finials that I hadn’t asked for but really finished the job beautifully. They also did the guttering while they were up there, which is absolutely brilliant. What impressed me most was Lewis’s dedication: after the EWI was completed, he even came back before going on holiday to make sure everything was fully watertight before he left. That kind of care and pride in workmanship is rare to find. They were polite, turned up when they said they would, worked to a very high standard, and charged a fair price. You truly get what you pay for, and with these guys it’s top-quality workmanship.
